Earlier this week Felicia O’Dell, lovingly known as Auntie Fee, suffered a heart attack and began fighting for her life. Tragically she lost that fight on Friday, she was 59.
Auntie Fee went viral in 2014 after her video “Sweet Treats for Kids” was viewed more than 4.5 million times. Her no nonsense attitude and frequent use of curse and other offensive words set her apart from traditional on-air celebrity chefs and has gained her a loyal following. She has since posted more home cooking YouTube videos, which shows her making dishes such as bacon fried biscuits, grilled shrimp and crab, massive breakfast sandwich , and good ass chicken.
With all of her YouTube fame she went on to showcase her cooking skills on several TV shows . Appearing on The Steve Harvey Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Real Husbands of Hollywood, and the movie Barbershop 3.
